**Job description**: Customer Operations Associate.

**Qualification Required**:
Should hold a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration/Business Management or Hotel Administration/Hotel Management.

**Skills**: Must be proficient in the following:

- Speak English, Hindi and Telugu (optional),
- Working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel.
- Must be comfortable working on a computer.
- Handling relations with suppliers and third-parties,
- Ensuring client queries have been responded to in a timely manner,
- Must B2B reactive customer handling skills,
- Run daily reports, and coordinate with other departments,
- Need to have great problem-solving skills,
- Need to monitor Process Management Systems.

**Timings**: 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

**Office Location**: Located at NASSCOM CoE, adjacent to Andhra University Engineering Grounds, Visakhapatnam.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
