**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Employment Paralegal with experience assisting U.S. law firms in managing pending EEOC matters and employment discrimination claims. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative legal team that values your expertise and contributions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and respond to EEOC charges and administrative agency filings (DFEH, state/local equivalents)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prepare legal correspondence, discovery, and document responses
- Track case deadlines, agency filings, and extension requests
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and depositions.
- Provide pre-litigation and litigation support, including trial preparation
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Provide general litigation support to attorneys as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of paralegal experience in U.S. employment law (EEOC/discrimination matters strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and related federal/state laws
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Law is required
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with U.S.based teams.
