As an Jr. Digital Marketing Executive, your primary goal is to play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and driving results through innovative and effective digital marketing strategies.

**Goals**:
1. Contribute to the company's growth by acquiring customers and building trust and enhancing the company's reputation.

2. Effectively lead and monitor the performance of field sales officers, collaborating with various teams for seamless execution.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve our marketing objectives.

2. **Strategizing and Ideation**: Generate creative ideas and develop strategies for us, client projects to maximize marketing impact and ROI.

3. **SEO Management**: Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities to optimize website performance and visibility in search engine results.

4. **Content Creation and Editing**: Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing sources to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.

5. **Lead Generation and Social Media Marketing**: Manage and execute lead generation strategies and social media marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team.

6. **Online Branding Management**: Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with online branding, SMO (Social Media Optimization), and related tasks.

7. **Social Media Presence**: Handle and build the company's social media presence across various platforms, engaging with the audience and driving brand awareness.

8. **Performance Enhancement**: Continuously analyze and improve digital marketing performance metrics on a day-to-day basis to drive better results.

**Requirements**:
**1.** Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

**2. **Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies.

**3.** Strong knowledge of SEO principles and practices.

**4. **Proficiency in content creation, editing, and social media management.

**5. **Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

**6.** Ability to learn about products and services and effectively communicate them to prospective customers.

**7. **Excellent proficiency in Hindi and good knowledge of English.

**8. **Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 54 per week
