Front Desk Officer

**Key Responsibilities & Duties:Front Desk & Customer Service**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
**Administrative & Office Management**:
- Assist in basic office management tasks (supplies inventory, vendor coordination).
- Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees.
**Management & Coordination Duties**:
- Supervise staff (if applicable).
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
- Monitor office compliance with policies and procedures.
- Handle minor conflict resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- **Education**: Graduation
- **Experience**: 1+ years in front desk, reception, or office administration.
- **Management Experience**: Prior supervisory/team coordination is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment and CRM software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
