Roles & Responsibilities:

- Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1 months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in healthcare domain for US staffing and recruiting industry and freshers are welcome
- Excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
- Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
- Self-motivated, passionate and energetic professionals.
- Comfortable to work in night shift (8 PM to 5 AM IST).

Note: This is not a remote opportunity and select individuals will be required to work from our Noida facility.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
