**About the Team**:
The FIS Australasia technology team is made up of over 50 people, with a support team based in Manila. Our Manila team takes care of patching, certificates, user management, and more complex system administration tasks.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain standardized Splunk agents across various UNIX and Windows platforms.
- Utilize Splunk to search, report, administer knowledge objects, manage clustering, and handle forwarder management.
- Provide support for Splunk on Unix, Linux, and Windows-based platforms.

**What you bring**:

- 5+ years of experience with Splunk Enterprise.
- Splunk Certified Admin.
- Experience with small to medium-scale Splunk deployments.
- Ability to develop use cases and understand customer requirements.
- Knowledge of networks and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Comfort with both Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and keep up with technological advancements.
