**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum and promote learning through play.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Plan and organize engaging activities, including arts and crafts, music and movement, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Assess individual children's needs and progress through observation and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development, behavior, and achievements.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching preschool program.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, including arranging furniture and materials to support learning.
- Follow all licensing regulations and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of children at all times.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions to continue professional development and stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of each child in the classroom.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
