**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g., graphics, videos, photos, and written content) tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

**Social Media Management**: Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and style.

**Audience Engagement**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our social media community in a timely and authentic manner.

**Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of content using social media analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our content strategy.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and goals.

**Content Calendar**: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and campaign timelines.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s guidelines and tone of voice.

**Copywriting**: Write compelling captions, headlines, and social copy that resonate with the target audience.

**Campaign Support**:Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships, contests, and promotions.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Minimum 6 Months experience in social media content creation, preferably in a similar industry.

**Skills**:
Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their respective algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
