As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling qualified students into our institution. Your interpersonal skills, persuasive abilities, and passion for education will be essential in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Admissions Process**: Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.

**Consultative Approach**: Employ a consultative approach to understand each student's educational goals, background, and interests, and tailor your communication to address their specific needs.

**Information Dissemination**: Effectively communicate the institution's unique features, benefits, and advantages to prospective students, highlighting how our programs align with their aspirations.

**Events and Outreach**: Participate in and support admissions events, open houses, college fairs, and other recruitment initiatives both on and off-campus.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions with prospective students using our CRM system.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid, and other relevant teams to address student inquiries and provide comprehensive support.

**Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed enrollment targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards in student recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, Communications, etc.).
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand and address students' concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with education trends, industry terminology, and college admissions processes.
