_**Job Summary**_:
Sliceinn, a renowned hospitality brand in Bangalore, is seeking a BnB Manager to oversee the operations of our bed and breakfast. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing staff and maintaining the property.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in procedures.
- Manage reservations, including booking changes and cancellations.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance schedules to uphold cleanliness and upkeep.
- Oversee breakfast service to ensure guests are satisfied.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor expenses and budget to ensure profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality management, particularly in a BnB setting, is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
