Social Media Strategist

**Liaison** between various departments (media, creative, brand, strategy, tech) to develop campaigns that are holistic in nature for their brands
- Designing **social media strategies** to achieve marketing targets
- Work on developing the **master strategy sheet & platform objectives **for brands that are under their purview
- **monitor, track, analyze** and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as **Google Analytics and Facebook insights **& present analysis & way forward with focus on expected results
- **set targets** to meet brand marketing objectives
- **manage, motivate and coach** juniors such as social media executives or managers
- Build interesting campaigns with **integration of technology (Martech)**:

- Build interesting **case studies **for the team

**KPIs**
- Brand targets : planned vs achieved
- Quality of analysis & suggestions
- Value add to the brand
- Use of Technology

**KRA**
- Defining Objective of Social Media Marketing
- Overall Strategy & Platform Specific Strategy
- Reviewing Progress Reports and Taking measures

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of social media, influencer & content experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
