**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with salon owners and managers throughout India.
- Promote and sell Aveo Professional's hair care and skincare products to salon professionals.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our product offerings.
- Understand and meet client needs, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to offer informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Proven track record in sales or telemarketing roles.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
- Experience in the beauty or salon industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages like Bengali, Hindi, English
