**Position Title**: PS Incharge (Mechanical)
**Location**: Saudi Arabia
**Division**: Mechanical Division
**Experience Required**: 10+ years (GCC Experience preferred)
**Industry**: Oil & Gas (Shutdown/Turnaround Maintenance)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Team Supervision**:
- Lead and supervise a team in evaluating mechanical systems and products.
- **Shutdown/Turnaround (SD/TA) Management**:
- Review and understand the scope of long-term SD/TA contracts and manage site references to optimize processes.
- Lead troubleshooting activities to resolve issues immediately.
- Oversee inspections of equipment before and after every shutdown or project.
- Supervise the preparation of material lists for procurement for proper maintenance execution.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Lead the testing and confirmation of system and product capabilities using defined testing methods.
- Supervise the coordination of both internal and interdisciplinary work interfaces to ensure cost-effective execution of activities.
- **Maintenance Supervision**:
- Lead and instruct teams on the maintenance of oil and gas equipment, both rotating and static, according to the defined scope of work.
- Organize and execute maintenance work in line with scheduled timelines and erection sequencing.
- **Engineering and Design**:
- Develop maintenance processes by designing and modifying equipment to fabricate, assemble, and install components.
- Ensure system and product quality through careful testing and confirmation of fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
- **Reporting and Data Management**:
- Review maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends and key information.
- Lead the team in responding to client requests and concerns with regard to engineering information.
- Maintain product and company reputation through high-quality performance and troubleshooting.
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Ensure the equipment’s operational continuity by coordinating regular maintenance and repair services.
- Follow manufacturer's instructions and established procedures for maintenance.
- Maintain system and product data by programming and entering relevant information.
- **Training and Development**:
- Oversee the training and guidance of technicians to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks.
- Assure execution of maintenance activities in compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in shutdown/turnaround maintenance activities.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly with contractor-side roles.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in mechanical system evaluations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of static and rotating equipment maintenance in the oil and gas sector.
- Ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
- Expertise in maintenance management, planning, and execution.
- Strong understanding of HSE protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
**Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
