**Roles and Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Closely collaborate with the broader (Site Reliability Engineering) SRE team to design and implement the cloud deployment of IBM Maximo set of products on AWS
- Support production customers in operational task such as upgrades, maintenance and infrastructure issues, where planned production maintenance is done on planned weekends
- Work on a daily basis with Product Owners, Architects, Release Managers and SRE Manager
- Proactively seek for improvements opportunities and innovation that matters by learning new technologies and methods that can positively impact the products.

Minimum Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps
- Experience of working on Docker, Kubernetes
- Preferred experience on OpenShift, Linux
- Fluent in English

Primary skills:

- Deep Understanding of Networking concepts on Cloud, like VPCs, NLB/ALB, Content Delivery on AWS
- Good Understanding about AutoScaling on AWS
- Strong background in deployment management tools and automation using Ansible.
- Monitoring solutions on AWS
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to work with customer on problem solving

Secondary skills/Good to have:

- Experience with Maximo Development or Implementation
- Experiences in Linux Administration
- Experience with NoSQL technologies like MongoDb
- Experience with SQL dbs like DB2.
- AWS storage - S3/EBS/EFS
- AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Engineer Pro, SysOps Admin
