**Aarvi Encon Ltd** **Urgent Job Opening for Turnaround Service Planning Engineer Punjab Bathinda Location.** Project location: Punjab Bathinda Location for our client HMEL Designation : Service Planning Engineer Duty Hours : 9 Hours shift Basis Food one time on site provided by company Transportation provided by company from one particular site Joining : Immediate/ min notice period Contract Period : 12 Months Extendable Payroll - Aarvi Encon Limited **CTC : Current and Expected (deduction of 5000/- per month PF, PT & Insurance contribution)** **That deduction amount of PF will be provided to you after the completion contract.** **Qualification & Desired Skills Requirements**: QUALIFICATIONS **Educational Qualifications**: - Degree in Mechanical engineering with minimum 5-7 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical turnaround as material and service planner - Experience in TA material & service Planning. - Experience in spare part management - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SAP MM, PM module. - Strong organizational and effective time management skills. - Flexibility in managing changing priorities and ability to work with minimum supervision. **Job duties include**: - Review and Analyze service requirement for Turnaround jobs. - Able to raise purchase requisition of services in SAP. - Able to identify, resolve and forecast the problems related to service contractor availability. - Monitor mobilization and availability of services for TA - Monitor and track the service flow to identify. - Co-ordinate and develop close contact with execution team. - Must be aware about the contracting types - Must be able to read equipment drawings - Prepare tender document for services required for TA - Must be able to generate service related MIS for TA - Prepare documents for technical bid evaluation for services.
