**A purpose driven role for you**
- Proto type parts development in Casting (Sand/GDC/Die Cast/Investment) category to cater the need of new model vehicles & upgrade existing models Motorcycle & Scooters as per project requirement.
- Drawing Study and Understanding requirements and functions for development.
- Proto parts development through neutral source & existing vendors for cost finalization, technical support & quality verification.
- Meeting & follow up of parts within the Proto Management to meet the project schedule.

**A Day in the life**
- New Model Proto parts Development (Casting)
- Casting Parts Development
- Drawing Study and manufacturing feasibility study.
- Cost Estimation and Zero Based Costing
- Ensure proto parts quality at vendor end.
- Parts inspection pre & post for testing.
- Prototype parts development within project timeline.
- Complete Machined casting parts development through Proto route
- Arrange inspected parts within project scheduled time.

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- BE/ BTech in Mechanical

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Decision making, Innovation & Creativity, Planning & Organizing, Parts procurement
- Analytical, Project Management, Costing and Negotiation Skills, Technical Problem Solving Skills

**Behavioural Skills**
