The **Subject Matter Expert for School** plays a crucial role in driving educational excellence and innovation within our team. This position is essential for fostering collaboration among educators, administrators, and stakeholders to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies. By leveraging expertise in educational practices, the Subject Matter Expert will contribute significantly to our mission of providing high-quality learning experiences and promoting student success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team, engage in professional growth, and implement innovative solutions that align with our educational goals.
- Develop and refine curriculum materials that meet educational standards and enhance student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective instructional strategies.
- Provide training and support to educators on best practices and the integration of technology in the classroom.
- Conduct research on current educational trends and methodologies to inform curriculum development.
- Facilitate workshops and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between the school and external educational organizations to foster partnerships and resource sharing.
- Support the implementation of assessment tools to measure student progress and program effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that align with the school’s vision and goals.
- Mentor and guide new educators to ensure a smooth transition into the school environment.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others.
- Experience in conducting professional development and training sessions.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
