TECHNICIAN

Primary Responsibilities

Ensuring all the listed jobs are completed in time as per the schedule board and the use of proper tools and equipment as per Ather & Honda Standard Procedure

Ensure all the checkpoints for vehicle repair, process, and standard job flow. Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.

Attend the scheduled training (at the HO location) for continuous skill and knowledge enhancement.

Secondary Responsibilities

Informing the floor supervisor of any additional jobs observed

Ensuring safety standards and 5S in the workshop All tools and equipment are maintained and in working condition. Maintaining basic hygiene

Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective.

Washing Team

Vehicle washing as per process and standard flow, covering all quality
