Job Description:
As a **Sales and Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, drive brand awareness, and engage with key target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and brochures.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge if applicable].
- Knowledge of content marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Pay: ₹9,511.61 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
