An MEP coordinator, or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordinator, is responsible for the design and coordination of building systems for commercial buildings. Their responsibilities include:

- Design engineering: Providing guidance and reviewing mechanical and electrical engineering work
- Troubleshooting: Solving problems in the mechanical field during construction
- Cost estimation: Writing mechanical bid packages, reviewing budgets, and performing value analysis
- Logistics: Developing plans to ensure contractors can work efficiently and in a coordinated manner
- Quality assurance: Performing quality assurance and taking responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades
- Documentation: Preparing, completing, or reviewing project documentation to ensure accuracy
- Reporting: Providing project status reports, financial reports, and project schedules

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
