**Job Description**:

**Installation and Configuration**:
Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) components including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG.-
**System Administration**:
Monitor system performance, availability, and security.Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure systems are current and secure.Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.**Security Management**:
Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.**Troubleshooting and Support**:
Provide level 2 and 3 support for ForgeRock-related issues.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve integration issues.**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.Prepare regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and other relevant metrics.**Collaboration and Training**:
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of IAM systems.Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on ForgeRock systems and best practices.**Technical Skills**:
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, etc.).Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle).Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Forgerock Access Manager
