**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver structured training sessions aligned with program curriculum.
- Facilitate interactive, activity-based learning environments.
- Track, assess, and report learner progress effectively.
- Ensure learner engagement and consistent high-quality delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Communication preferred).
- Excellent communication & facilitation skills.
- Prior training/teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
