Key Responsibilities:

- **Review and Edit Content**:

- Proofread and edit written material including articles, reports, books, web content, and marketing materials.
- Identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax.
- Ensure consistency in style and formatting according to established guidelines.
- **Ensure Accuracy**:

- Verify factual information and data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Cross-check references and citations to ensure they are correctly formatted and attributed.
- **Maintain Quality Standards**:

- Adhere to the organization’s style guide or industry-specific guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all proofreading tasks.
- **Collaborate with Writers and Editors**:

- Work closely with writers, editors, and other team members to address feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve the clarity and effectiveness of the content.
- **Manage Deadlines**:

- Complete proofreading tasks within established deadlines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality results.
- **Utilize Proofreading Tools**:

- Use proofreading and editing software tools as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest industry tools and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a proofreader or in a similar role; familiarity with proofreading and editing techniques.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Proficiency in using editing software and tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**It is full time and 6 days working in office role**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
