Job Title: Client Coordinator and Task Allotment Specialist
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Client Coordinator and Task Allotment Specialist to join our team. As a vital liaison between our clients and the in-house team of experts, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, and allotting tasks to the appropriate team leaders. Your focus will be on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely task completion, and optimizing project workflows.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining effective communication channels.
- Understand clients' needs, project requirements, and deadlines in detail to provide accurate information to the in-house team.
- Proactively coordinate with clients to identify new project opportunities and tasks, ensuring a steady flow of work for the in-house team.
- Collaborate with the in-house Team Leaders to assess their availability, skills, and workload capacity for effective task allotment.
- Keep clients updated on the progress of their projects, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the status of ongoing tasks and projects, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and meet the required quality standards.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in project workflows and propose efficient solutions to optimize task allotment and execution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, project details, and task statuses for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize and improve client coordination processes for enhanced productivity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in client coordination, project management, or a related role, preferably in an educational or content development setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts and project tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make well-informed decisions to overcome challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to track task progress and manage workflows efficiently.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to clients and ensuring timely task completion.
- Knowledge of academic content development and educational requirements is advantageous but not mandatory.
