Process Incharge

Ability to handle machines and responsible for process improvement on shopfloor.

Demonstrate ability to manage teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce wastage and enhance product quality

Design and implement new processes and equipment to support product development and manufacturing requirements

Identify and resolve process related issues, including equipment malfunctions, quality defects and productions, bottlenecks

Collaborate with the quality team to develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Identify opportunities to reduce cost through process improvements, material optimization and waste management

Manage Capital projects, including equipment installation, process upgrades and facility expansions

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
