Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed information about products or services to help customers make informed decisions.

Process Orders and Requests: Assist customers in placing orders, returns, or service requests, ensuring proper follow-up.

Update Customer Accounts: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.

Monitor Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help the company improve products, services, or processes.

Escalate Issues: Identify complex or unresolved issues that require escalation to higher-level management or other departments.

Maintain Professionalism: Ensure all interactions with customers are handled courteously, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
