**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum **2+ years of experience **in similar roles in education and related industries
- Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English & Hindi
- Computer and any software knowledge be required
- Inherent ability to have engaging conversations.
- Passion for education is a must.
- Having Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university.
- Proven Track records of Admissions & counselling.
- Should have demonstrated experience in handling complex problems

WORK TIMING**:Monday - Saturday**, 10:30 - 18:30
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Discussing career and educational goals with students.
- Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress toward student goals.
- Displaying an interest in student development.
- Identifying student strengths and weaknesses.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.
- Using a Lead management solution to keep a record of the lead progress
- Assist students in course registration.
- Counselling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.
- collect course's feedback from students and pass to the relevant faculty and head of the department
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
