Civil Surveyor

**Qualification**:B.Tech Civil

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Responsibilities**:

- To promptly conduct thorough investigations by inspecting property damage & liability claims, evaluating facts, interpreting laws, regulations & real estate agreements to determine the extent of the company's liability.
- Consulting with accountants, contractors, architects, construction workers, engineers and lawyers through the evaluation of claims.
- Assessing the losses on the basis of physical inspection & relevant documents and as per the terms & conditions of the insurance contract.
- Adherence to process guidelines by reviewing and mentoring work done by Junior Executives.
- Maintaining a high level of positive working relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction with the company's services.
- Ensuring business deliverables are met by timely settlement of claims and thereby submission of reports to the Insurance Company.
- Adhering to all statutory and regulatory fair claims practices.
- Periodic reviewing / updating of the open claims to the Insurers for the portfolio (s) allocated.
- Volunteer for constant training in development of skills in the field of insurance. In view of above,
- Having in-depth knowledge of claims management operations principles, I possess the versatility to build excellent client-relationships.
- Working with a problem solving approach, I research and thereafter submit final reports to the Insurers, constantly considering scope for process-improvement.

Note:

- Good verbal communication skills required
- As per need, should be open to travel with reporting manager

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
