**Role description**:

- In depth knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise administration/ Management
- Good knowledge of the ESRI technology stack; Esri Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS datastore
- Understanding of web-based / mobile based Esri Configurable apps.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro etc
- Knowledge of Esri Licensing.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Monitoring and backup tools
- Understanding of SQL Server concepts such as permissions, maintenance jobs, and database configuration items to improve GIS performance.
- understanding of database standards and best practices.
- proficiency in T-SQL (queries, Stored Procedures, User-Defined Functions, Views, Indexes, etc.)
- Proficient in Python or model builder (Preferable)

**Role accountabilities**:

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate information and issues clearly and succinctly with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Able to identify, review and select techniques, procedures, and methods to ensure smooth functioning of Esri Platforms.
- Able to design and implement best practices for the health check-up for the enterprise systems.
- Experience in strategizing workflow in production environment

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years hands on GIS experience with ESRI ArcGIS Platforms, including ArcSDE and ArcGIS Enterprise.
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in GIS / Esri Technologies.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (preferred)
- Experience in managing multi-user geodatabase environment (preferred)
