**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Salary**: Up to ₹6 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our fertility treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams to stay updated on service offerings and promotions.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support business development strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of fertility treatments and reproductive health services.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
