Job Location: Chattiparamba, Malappuram

Job Role:

- 1. Patient Relations
- Serve as the point of contact for patient queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and support.

2. Dental Check-up Camp Arrangements
- Plan, organize, and execute free or paid dental check-up camps in coordination with the college and hospital team.
- Identify locations in collaboration with local bodies such as Panchayats, ward members, and community groups.
- Conducting Dental Check-up Camps
- Coordinate logistics, transport, permissions, materials, and team deployment for each camp.
- Supervise on-site activities and ensure smooth execution of services.

3. Industry and Organization Tie-ups
- Initiate and establish collaborations with industries, schools, NGOs, and other organizations for dental health initiatives and camp.
- Prepare and maintain MoUs or agreements with partners.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Liaise with other healthcare teams including Palliative Care Unit, Cancer Center, Medical and Allied Departments for joint programs.
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation between departments.

4. Community Outreach
- Build rapport with community leaders, government officials, and local representatives to promote the dental camps.
- Coordinate health education programs and awareness drives.

5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain records of all outreach programs, partnerships, and public communications.
- Prepare regular reports and submit them to the management.

Any other duties assigned by the Principal or Administrative Head in relation to public relations and community engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
