**Supervision and Leadership**:
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- **Operational Oversight**:
- Establish and enforce cleaning standards and procedures to meet industry regulations and guest expectations.
- Monitor and inspect the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate and cost-effective supply at all times.
- Collaborate with vendors to source quality cleaning products and negotiate favorable contracts.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Address guest concerns and implement corrective actions promptly.
- **Budget Management**:
- Assist in the development of the housekeeping budget and manage expenses to meet financial goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- **Training and Development**:
- Conduct training programs for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of housekeeping operations.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address interdepartmental needs and issues.
- Respond to guest feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to enhance the overall guest experience.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
