**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Travel Sales Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, crafting tailored travel itineraries, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sell domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Create customized itineraries and provide travel consultation.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and travel partners for seamless service delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients for repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or tourism (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for travel and customer engagement.
