Please find herewith the instructions for field sales staff which must be implemented

Rules & Regulations for Field force.

1)Everyday Medical Representatives are expected to make min.10 productive calls of Doctors & meet 5 pharmacies.Same should b reflected in their reports and diary.Absence of reports or delay in submission of reports will b considered as leave without pay.Same rule applicable for not mentioning in working diary.

2)Before Starting & finishing their daily field work,Medical Representatives are expected to login location from starting & logout at finishing point.i.e.hospital/Doctors ,Distributor or chemist premise.No login means no work.

3)Every new joined MR will call 25 pharmacies each on first 3 days of his joining for survey & prepare lists of 100 Doctors with their address,contact no.& call day-time.Lists-Doctors list should have min. 50 Gynecologists.Later they should prepare a weekly plan day wise work to cover entire list.40 doctors thrice and 60 doctors twice a month.Duty of Manager to analyse field work of MR's field work in above manner that too strictly

4)Detailing of all MR must be perfect with enthusiasm & confidence.

5)MR will submit his weekly reports from Mon-Saturday by 10 am of next Monday without fail.

6)MR will submit their expense statement of month By 3rd of next month.

7)Managers are expected to make calls with their teammates MR.Independent calls by Managers are not allowed at all.

8)Every one will properly maintain & update their work diaries with entire details of every day work incl.postcall analysis.

9) Work analysis of field staff will be based on timely submission of reports,Doctors call average & Sales-Target Achievement of every month.

10) Indiscipline,Dishonesty,poor sales & work performance will not be tolerated at any cost.Any HQ will be functional after min.Target for any HQ-500 Prolive pm.without fail
