We are currently seeking a motivated Female Lead Generation Specialist to join our on-site team in Haridwar. In this commission-based role, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals access meaningful career counseling services, earning rewards for your efforts.
**What You’ll Do**:
Conduct market research to identify career guidance needs among students, job seekers, and professionals.

Connect with individuals through direct outreach, surveys, and interviews to understand their career challenges and aspirations.

Generate and qualify leads for individuals looking for career advice, educational paths, or job market insights.

Identify trends in career concerns, providing valuable feedback to improve our counseling services.

Collaborate with the career counseling team to ensure leads are effectively converted into successful guidance sessions.
**What We’re Looking For**:
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a commission-based role.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

A keen interest in career development and guidance.

**Compensation**:
