**Job Summary**:
As a Receptionist at GM Diamond Village, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will handle administrative duties, manage front desk operations, and ensure that all guests and clients receive a professional and welcoming experience. Your role will be essential in maintaining the smooth daily operations of the company and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome and direct visitors and clients to the appropriate personnel or departments in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department or staff member, and provide information as needed.
- **Managing Appointments**: Schedule and confirm appointments for staff, clients, and visitors.
- **Handling Mail and Deliveries**: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
- **Maintaining Front Desk**: Keep the front desk area organized and ensure that all necessary materials are readily available for visitors and staff.
- **Managing Office Supplies**: Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- **Handling Inquiries**: Respond to general inquiries regarding the company, services, and products, providing accurate information when possible.
- **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Deliver superior customer service by addressing any issues or concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- **Maintaining Security**: Ensure visitors are properly signed in and out and follow company security protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and provide solutions with a calm and collected approach.
- Knowledge of office equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
- Friendly and approachable personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,569.12 - ₹12,000.00 per month
