**Function background/context**:
Citibank® Commercial Cards offers card-based payment solutions to large corporations and federal and state governments for the procurement of goods and services as well as travel, entertainment, and fleet related expenses. Commercial Cards' strategic objective is to compete and differentiate on the basis of global capability and customized solutions for high-value customers.

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing technical leadership in building complex, scalable, enterprise level solutions
- Work with global DevOps leads to ensure adopting best DevOps practices.
- Work closely in scaled agile and show leadership in adoption of the principles.
- Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
- Compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements.
- Understanding technology industry trends, how they impact our future solutions and provide strategic direction for the development community.

- Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
- Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly
- Good troubleshooting skills for environment related issues

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in build, integration and deployment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps
- Good hands-on experience on git, bitbucket and Jenkins/Team city.
- Expertise in CICD pipeline setup
- Experience deployment tools like Udeploy(IBM urban code deploy)
- Experience in certificate management and SSL concepts.
- Experience in Application servers like, Tomcat/Websphere and WebLogic.
- Experience in WEB and APP server integration
- Experience in shell scripting/python scripting.
- Experience in working multiple OS (Unix, Linux, Win)
- Solid knowledge of performance tuning of large technical solutions with significant volumes
- Understanding RDBMS Database (DB2/Oracle)
- Good to have ITRS alerts configuration
