**Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) Project Manager**

**Job Overview**:The Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, administrators, and executives, to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress against project goals.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and project team members regularly.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, define solutions, and resolve issues.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project team members as needed.

**Quality Assurance and Testing**:

- Define and execute test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure that solutions meet established quality standards and best practices.

**Change Management and Adoption**:

- Develop change management plans to support the adoption of Salesforce solutions within the organization.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for end-users and administrators.
- Monitor user adoption and satisfaction with Salesforce solutions, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects, including full lifecycle implementations and customizations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing project budgets and timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
