**Key Responsibilities**:
**Experience**:
3-5 years of experience in Account Executive.

**Accounting & Financial Management**:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements**.
- Handle **bank reconciliations, invoices, and vendor payments**.
- Assist in **budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting**.

**International Payment Management**:

- Manage **client payments from international markets** (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with **RBI, FEMA, and forex regulations**.
- Coordinate with banks for **foreign remittance, wire transfers, and currency conversions**.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Manage **TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and filings**.
- Ensure **GST compliance**, including filing returns and reconciliations.
- Assist in **statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits**.

**Payroll & Employee Benefits Management**:

- Handle **PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance) contributions & filings**.
- Coordinate with HR for **salary processing, tax planning, and deductions**.

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of **MIS reports and financial analysis**.
- Ensure compliance with **Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies**.
- Liaise with **banks, auditors, and tax authorities** as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter** or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in **accounting, financial management, and statutory compliance**.
- Expertise in **TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and international payment processes**.
- Proficiency in **Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software**.
- Strong knowledge of **Indian tax laws, RBI guidelines, and compliance frameworks**.
- Excellent **communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **handling IT company accounts**..
- Exposure to **investment planning and financial forecasting**.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
