**Job Title: VMC Operator**

**Location**: Thiruvanmiyur

**Job Type**: General Shift
**Experience Required**: 3 years to 5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate VMC machines as per job requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications
- Maintain equipment and follow safety and maintenance protocols
- Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues
- Record production data and maintain job documentation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating VMC/CNC machines
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., vernier, micrometer)
- Basic understanding of G-code and CNC program functions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of safety practices in a machining environment
- Minimum [Insert Education Level - e.g., ITI/Diploma] in Mechanical or related field

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with multiple axis machines
- Knowledge of CAM software (optional)
