Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence on our own website. You’ll be responsible for listings, inventory, order processing, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions and images
- Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms
- Coordinate order processing, shipping, and returns
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for seasonal campaigns
- Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for sales growth

**Requirements**:

- 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion/apparel preferred)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop)
- Multilingual communication (Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, etc.)
