EHS Officer

**Job Opportunity: EHS Manager**

**Location**: Daman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **EHS Management**: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure adherence to **Safety Act** and other legal requirements for environmental, health, and safety matters.
- **Work Permits**: Manage and monitor work permit systems to ensure safe operations.
- **Training & Audits**: Conduct regular **EHS training** and **safety audits**; implement corrective actions based on findings.
- **Accident Investigation**: Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- **Safety Culture**: Promote and lead initiatives for a **culture of safety** within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of experience** in an **EHS Manager** role, ideally in the **plastic manufacturing** industry.
- Strong knowledge of **Safety Act**, **legal compliance**, and **work permit systems**.
- Experience in conducting **safety audits**, **risk assessments**, and implementing **EHS programs**.
- Ability to **train employees** and foster a safety-conscious work environment.
- **Immediate joiners** preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Starting at **6 LPA**.
