- Qualification - Any Graduate
- Skills - Accounts Payable

**The detailed Job Description of the position is appended below**:
**A. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
Ensure proper recording and accounting of domestic purchases &
service transaction by using standard operating procedures.

**B. PROFILE OF JOB HOLDER**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, post-graduation will be
preferred

**C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Supplier Bill passing
- Supplier Bill passing for Services & Purchases.
- Checking supplier payment files (CRR)
- Processing Advance payment to Suppliers & it’s recovery.
- Checking TDS deduction wherever applicable as per Income
Tax Act.
- Checking GST Register & availing GST Input Credit.
- Should be well-versed with Microsoft Excel.
D. KEY INTERFACES / INTERACTIONS IN THE JOB

INTERNAL
- Admin Team & Branch team
- Taxation Department.

E. Reporting to: process Incharge P2P
F. Location: Pune

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
