
Tally Support Executive

The Tally Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support for Tally software, resolving customer queries, and offering solutions related to product usage. The role includes handling technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely assistance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide Tally-related support
- Guide customers in using Tally features efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
**Training & Joining**:
**Skills Required**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and (Tally preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries efficiently.
**Qualification**:
- B. Com Graduate Percentage in 12th Class: 70%
