**Join our team as a Sales Coordinator**
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for turning inquiries into successful sales. **This is a remote position, and immediate joiners with their own laptop are preferred**

**Responsibilities**:
Attend and respond to customer calls and chats.
Reply to all customer inquiries with accurate information.
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales.
Follow up with customers to close deals.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Update and manage customer records using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven and proactive in converting leads.
- Ability to multitask and handle work efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
