Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive to create compelling visual content and execute digital marketing campaigns. This role combines creative design with strategic marketing to drive brand growth and student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

**Digital Marketing**:

- Plan and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns
- Handle social media accounts and content scheduling
- Implement SEO strategies and website content updates
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports
- Generate leads and track conversion metrics

**Graphic Design**:

- Create marketing materials (banners, posters, social media graphics)
- Design course promotional materials and brochures
- Develop visual content for digital campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Create infographics and educational content visuals
- Basic video editing for promotional content

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro
- Social media management experience
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Portfolio of marketing campaigns and design work
- Content creation experience for digital platforms
- Video editing and motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- SEO and website management knowledge
- Understanding of print production
