Company Description
- Mindful US CPA is an offshore staffing solutions provider to accounting and tax firms across North America. We assist small and mid-sized accounting firms in hiring.
**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Prepares and reviews federal, state, and local income tax returns
2. Assists and manages client relationships
3. Researches and formulates technical positions
4. Prepares in tax planning and projections
5. Leads Staff Accountants and Interns to ensure accurate tax preparation and acceptable interpersonal interactions
6. Complying with tax matters associated with corporations, LLCs, S-Corporations, and individual tax returns
7. Participates in Firm committees and activities
8. Promotes the Firm positively in the community and through professional organizations involvement
9. Performs other duties as assigned
Eligibility
- 1. Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. 2+ years of public accounting or equivalent industry experience
3. CPA/EA certification is preferred or progress toward obtaining CPA/EA certification
4. Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of all Microsoft Office products
5. Desire to have fun with your work and to contribute to our unique company culture
**Skills**:
- 1. Working knowledge in 1040/ 1065/ 1120
2. Working knowledge of US softwares like Drake, TurboTax and UltraTax
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
