Job Title: Content Creator for Social Media Accounts

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely content delivery.

2. Content Creation:

- Generate original and engaging content ideas tailored to each client’s brand voice and objectives.
- Produce a variety of content types including graphics, videos, photos, stories, reels, and written posts.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Write compelling captions and copy that resonate with the audience and drive engagement.

3. Content Management:

- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms using social media management tools.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback.
- Communicate regularly with the internal team to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging social media content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
