Answer phone inquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
- Utilize phone scripts.
- Conduct patient consultations via Zoom or in-office with emphasis on converting patients to surgery.
- Make confirmation and reminder calls. Follow-up calls from patient consultations and seminar leads.
- Assist and attend elective surgery seminars and events.
- Track personal conversion rates monthly.
- Interact with patients/family day of the procedure.
- Interacts with referring and co-managing doctor’s offices.
- Guiding patients through admission and discharge.
- Counselling people about the treatment they will receive and offering support throughout their visit to the hospital, either as inpatients or outpatients.
- Provide counselling on referral services etc.
- Exp. Min. 2-5 Year (in Hospital )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
