We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PPC Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our fast-growing IT company based in Mohali. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to sharpen their skills in paid media and grow within a performance-driven digital marketing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor keyword bids, budget caps, and performance metrics
- Perform regular analysis and reporting to improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and tools

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in PPC / SEM
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
